Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and credit reporting
  • Produce monthly financial reports, lodge BAS, and maintain compliance
  • Lead day-to-day finance department operations and optimize processes for efficiency
  • Assist with potential mergers and acquisitions
  • An understanding of the manufacturing sector would be useful to inform strategic financial decisions
  • Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen to influence decision-makers and impact company performance

Requirements:

We are seeking a Finance Manager or Financial Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fast-paced environments, skills in balancing strategic oversight with practical management, and a proven track record of success.

What We Offer:

A competitive executive-level salary package of $140,000 - $160,000 (DOE) and bi-annual profit share. You'll have the autonomy to shape the future of the finance department and work with a committed, results-driven team.
