Education Academy Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of sports education in Australia. Reporting to the Education Academy Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that showcases the unique value proposition of the Education Academy.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and marketing, with exceptional ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including program staff and external partners. You will be responsible for establishing a clear recruitment timeline and operationalising it in conjunction with the Marketing, Consumer & Digital team, as well as a school-based career practitioner network.

Your goal will be to create an engaging prospect journey and attractive career pathway opportunity for students. This involves collaborating closely with our program partner, RMIT, and their student recruitment team, to deliver the most relevant and respected education curriculum in the Australian sports industry.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be a driven self-starter who is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering results-driven campaigns.
