We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent. As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay with us.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm welcomes to guests and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
- Manage and receive payments for guest bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for our guests.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing tailored recommendations and assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Office position or with similar software is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn issues into opportunities.
- Fluency in the local language is preferred but not essential.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy.
