
Front Desk Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our front desk team and provide exceptional guest experiences at our resort in the Hunter Valley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in hospitality.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and inspiring the front office team, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, supporting daily operations, mentoring and guiding team members, and responding to guest feedback and resolving issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role
- Strong team coordination and people management skills
- Solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
