Job Opportunity: Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and manage the front desk reception area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing switchboard duties and responding to inquiries
- Providing administrative assistance to the business, including tasks such as meeting coordination and document preparation
- Ensuring the office is well-maintained and tidy
- Assisting with onboarding new team members and coordinating exit checklists
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in administration and office management
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administration role
- Initiative and self-starting to identify proactive opportunities
