Job Opportunity: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and manage the front desk reception area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing switchboard duties and responding to inquiries
  • Providing administrative assistance to the business, including tasks such as meeting coordination and document preparation
  • Ensuring the office is well-maintained and tidy
  • Assisting with onboarding new team members and coordinating exit checklists

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and office management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administration role
  • Initiative and self-starting to identify proactive opportunities
