Clinical Care Specialist - Aged Care

We are seeking a Clinical Care Specialist to join our team, providing high-quality medical care to residents in aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage and dress wounds, prevent infections, and promote proper wound healing.
  • Coordinate pain management strategies and address residents' pain concerns.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
