**Job Description**\We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead our team in driving process consolidation and standardisation across multiple business units. As a strategic leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure payroll compliance and best practice, and provide direction to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.\Key responsibilities include:\
  • Leading and managing the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (high volume)
  • Driving process consolidation and standardisation across multiple business units
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure payroll compliance and best practice
  • Providing strategic direction to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations
  • Monitoring and reporting on payroll performance metrics and compliance standards
  • Championing change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
  • Building capability within the payroll team through coaching and professional development
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT to align payroll strategy with broader business objectives
