About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to lead the visual presentation of our stores across the state, ensuring a consistent and high standard of merchandising presentation at all times.

  • Achieve excellence in window presentation, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windows
  • Ensure assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence, providing photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
  • Maintain the housekeeping of all stores to a high standard
  • Work with the Store Management Team to identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintain VM standards and store presentation standards
  • Assist the Windows Team with installing Window & Instore VM Concepts
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising in a high-volume fashion apparel retailer
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for merchandising and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
