We're seeking a skilled Visual Merchandise Stylist to join our Eastland store team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that showcase our latest products and inspire our customers.

Your primary focus will be on interpreting seasonal floor plans and executing daily visual displays that effectively communicate our brand message. You'll work closely with our Visual Merchandise Manager to ensure seamless execution and maintain high-quality standards throughout the store.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Your passion for visual storytelling and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret seasonal floor plans and execute daily visual displays that meet high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandise Manager to ensure seamless execution and maintain accurate records.
  • Unload shipments, maintain and stock floor displays and shelves to promote and create an engaging in-store experience.
Requirements
  • Visual merchandising experience ideally in a retail environment setting.
  • Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, standards, and practices.
  • Proven attention to detail skills.
  • Strong understanding of trends and styles and a passion for visual merchandising.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
