Job Description

We're seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our team in the Collingwood store. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Manage a team of up to 15 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or store management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle heavy stock
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience with stock management and driving sales
