Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Victoria, working closely with the Store Management Team to deliver exceptional visual standards across all stores and concession pads.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers clear career pathways to future opportunities within Visual Merchandising and Window Displays. You will be responsible for ensuring the high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our stores and concession pads.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience, preferably in fashion apparel, and possess strong time management, organisational, and communication skills. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail.

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
  • Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
  • Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
  • In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
  • Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/stock changes/housekeeping and maintenance of windows
  • Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers

About You:
  • Minimum 2 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage)
  • Practised in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
  • Strong time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
  • Must hold a current driver’s license and have reliable transport
