Our team is seeking a specialist to provide advice on legal risk management and offer litigation, dispute resolution services, legal training and legislation support. The ideal candidate will undertake operational functions including invoice and account processing, monitoring and review to ensure the Legal and Audit division's financial and governance responsibilities and obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities including reviewing quotations, evaluating and recommending providers, developing work orders and contract documentations.
  • Undertake day-to-day contract management of all contracts entered into by the Legal and Audit Division, ensuring timely variations and tracking expenditures.
  • Utilise financial systems and analytical tools to research, analyse and reconcile data.
  • Prepare regular reporting on financial expenditure, undertaking reconciliations and quality assurance reviews, and providing supporting work papers when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Satisfactory pre-engagement screening check for non-ongoing positions.
