Clinical Research Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent clinical research skills and experience in monitoring and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with widely accepted clinical practices.
- Developing and implementing effective tools, procedures, and processes to guarantee high-quality monitoring and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with study teams to guarantee accurate and timely data collection, entry, and reporting.
- Providing guidance and support to junior professionals, including training and mentoring.
- Managing processes and programs as needed to ensure efficient and effective operations within the clinical monitoring function.
This position involves contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies related to clinical monitoring.
A successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and quality of the research, supporting the professional growth of junior professionals, and managing processes and programs.
