Role Overview:

We are seeking a Research Analyst to cover publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities.

The successful candidate will conduct independent research on publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities, analyzing financial documents, conducting industry and competitive analysis, and preparing reports related to the public and private real asset market and individual companies therein.

Key Responsibilities:

  5. Conveying security and sector recommendations to portfolio management teams through presentations and investment reports">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Real Assets research and financial statement analysis">
  • Knowledge of listed Real Estate and Infrastructure analysis and investing in Australia and New Zealand">
  • Sound quantitative, analytical, critical thinking and financial modeling abilities">
  • Knowledge and systems ability with Excel and Bloomberg">
