About the Role

This critical position involves leading the sourcing, analysis, and execution of investments across various sectors, including hospitality, build-to-rent, and purpose-built student accommodation.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies to drive portfolio growth and returns
  • Oversee the end-to-end investment process, from origination to execution and asset onboarding
  • Cultivate market research and due diligence expertise across target sectors and geographies
  • Present investment opportunities and manage stakeholder reporting to internal committees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies and optimize asset performance

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investment management
  • Demonstrated expertise in PBSA, BTR, or hotel assets, preferably across multiple markets in ANZ
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Proven self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or related field
