Real Estate Strategy and Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Real Estate. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory services in real estate strategy and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in front-end property, development, or infrastructure consulting. They will also possess the ability to win work and grow a practice, with a strong network of existing clients and industry contacts who seek their advice.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to develop and execute business development strategies to secure new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, and collaborate across teams and other consulting practices to enhance insight, capital value, and opportunity for our clients.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to build and lead a practice within a global platform, leveraging our broad network of relationships and services. You will also have access to market-leading support, tools, and resources, as well as a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advisory services in real estate strategy and infrastructure
  • Lead complex consulting assignments across public and private sector asset investors, owners, developers, and managers of real estate & economic infrastructure
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams and other consulting practices to enhance insight, capital value, and opportunity for our clients

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
