Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle and collaborate with Senior Executives and Investors.


Responsibilities
  • Investment Management
    • Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities to optimize returns.
    • Develop financial models and investment monitoring tools to track performance and make informed decisions.
    • Manage existing assets in line with investment guidelines to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Build relationships with current and prospective investors to foster partnerships and drive growth.
  • Transactions
    • Assist in executing real estate transactions to acquire or dispose of assets efficiently.
    • Support equity and debt capital raising transactions to secure funding for investments.
    • Prepare strategy development papers to inform investment decisions and drive business growth.
    • Analyze market conditions and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with development, sales/marketing, and operations teams to align strategies with investment priorities.
  • Reporting
    • Design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders to provide transparency and insight into investment performance.
    • Regular reporting includes mandated reports to institutional investors, investment committee memos, board reports, and reports to external stakeholders/authorities.

Requirements
  • A degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics is preferred.
  • 1–3 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • An understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and development process.
  • Experience in cash flow modelling and investment valuation.
  • Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
