Job Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transaction Services - Deal Advisory team. As an expert in this field, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through complex transactions and influencing critical business decisions.

About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with diverse experiences from external audit, CFO advisory, accounting advisory, corporate advisory, professional service firms, or accounting/commercial teams within operational businesses. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary environment that sits right at the heart of our one KPMG ethos.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead detailed financial analysis and manage the due diligence process, collaborating with buy-side and sell-side advisers.
  • Manage the deal lifecycle, from pre-announcement to implementation, defining deal strategy, identifying synergies, and supporting carve-out processes.
  • Convey clear, actionable advice, ensuring insights are tailored to clients' industry and strategic objectives.
  • Mentor team members, guiding them through complex tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support business development efforts and develop proposals, pitches, and thought leadership content to enhance the firm's market position and generate new business.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are searching for professionals with a range of qualifications, skills & experiences, including:

  • Professional experience in Transaction Services, Audit, or CFO Advisory with expertise in financial analysis, opportunity and risk assessment, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial flair to generate insights from interpreting data & financial models as well as data analytics.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to apply financial insights to solve complex client challenges and navigate the Transaction and M&A environment.
  • An ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
