  • Tax due diligence, structuring and transaction document review are key responsibilities of this role.
  • Post-deal integration and ensuring smooth transitions for clients are also important tasks.
  • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence requires strong technical skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in M&A or corporate clients with a focus on deal structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive change and growth.
