Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions practice, specifically the Transaction Strategy and Execution team.

About the Role

The Manager will deliver deal technology services on transactions of all sizes. This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne.

  • Analysing key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for clients
  • Being a trusted advisor to clients on technical matters relating to separation or integration assessments
  • Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients and supporting business development activities
  • Identifying client risks throughout the transaction lifecycle and mitigating these ahead of time
  • Analysing a company's IT financials and highlighting considerations for the transaction
  • Managing engagement teams in the delivery of deal technology services
  • Acting as the main point of contact to our client for deal technology scope of services
Requirements

We value diversity of background, skills and experience in our team.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and be proficient in at least two of three domains: mergers and acquisitions, technology, and consulting / advisory services.

They should also possess advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking, and demonstrate aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations are essential.

Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, driven but with high EQ.
