Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role involves managing service assurance processes and activities for all products and services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong communication skills to provide support to TaaS Service Providers and their customers. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure all calls, tickets, and escalations are actioned correctly and in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage service assurance processes and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure timely resolution of calls, tickets, and escalations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min 2 years of Telecommunications and/or IT Operational experience
  • Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet & Mobile technologies
  • Experience in Contact Centre environment is an advantage
  • Tertiary education in a related field
  • Ability to think logically and critically about a particular problem
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
