About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team and drive sales growth in the Telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and implementation of solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals

Who You'll Work With:
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership Team to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering Team to design and present customized solutions
  • Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with Customer Support Team to address client issues and ensure high level of service

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Account Manager
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunications industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
