Telecommunications Supervisor Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department, ensuring each guest interaction reflects the intuitive, warm, and seamless service that defines Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

  • Oversight of departmental activities to achieve operational excellence and exceptional results.
  • Leading, coaching, motivating and developing our onsite telecommunications team.
  • Maintenance of Global standards in communications related areas including FS Chat.
  • Collaboration with other departments on a day-to-day basis including Reservations and Front Desk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within reservations or front office in a large international hotel.
  • Sound understanding of Rooms Division.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Opera experience essential.
  • The ability to inspire the team with a hands-on approach and leading by example.
