Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS
- Contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities
- Clearly communicate training information to staff
- Liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedback
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters
- Provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requests
- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication
- Provide overall support towards P&C initiatives and projects including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives
- A passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Preferred previous experience in an Administration role
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up and learn new software systems quickly
- A drive to learn across all areas of People and Culture
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
