Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS
  • Contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities
  • Clearly communicate training information to staff
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedback
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters
  • Provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requests
  • Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication
  • Provide overall support towards P&C initiatives and projects including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
  • Intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

  • A drive to learn across all areas of People and Culture
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
