We are a leading health and nutrition company in Australia, specializing in complementary medicines, health foods, milk powder products, and cosmetics. Our goal is to provide high-quality personalized nutritional care tailored to the needs of different customer groups.
Job Opportunity: Marketing SpecialistA competitive remuneration package including base salary ( AU$ 60,000 - 80,000 per year) and superannuation is available for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be based in our head office and will play a key role in promoting our products through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to promote our products effectively;
- Determine the market potential for new products and identify opportunities for growth;
- Develop promotion strategies for different sales channels, including online and offline platforms;
- Draft and implement marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and direct marketing initiatives;
- Create engaging marketing content for both online and print media;
- Build and maintain relationships with local and overseas suppliers;
- Explore strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms to expand our reach;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches;
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to ensure their effectiveness.
- Tertiary education in marketing, business, or a related field;
- Bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin are essential;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and processes, particularly in the Chinese market and consumers;
- Understanding and ability to apply digital marketing methods;
- Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges;
- Capacity to work independently as well as contribute to a team.
