Child Development Specialist

JPS Medical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team in rural South Australia.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $300,000 and $400,000 AUD, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a senior member of the paediatric team, you will provide clinical expertise in the management of children in various healthcare settings, including emergency departments, inpatient wards, neonatal nurseries, and outpatient clinics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Child Development Unit and mandated child protection responsibilities, as well as supervising junior medical staff and participating in the education of healthcare staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A specialist registration with Ahpra
- FRACP qualification
- IMGs eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
- IMGs assessed by the RACP and found substantially comparable
