High-Performing CRM Developer Wanted

Job Summary

Drive business success by leveraging expert Dynamics 365 CRM development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet complex business requirements.
  • Develop and enhance custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, ERP platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
  • Create innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity through role-based access, field-level security, and audit controls.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Proven experience in the financial services domain—banking, insurance, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and modern CRM practices.
  • Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering business value through technology.
