SAP CRM ABAP Developer

NXT GIG is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP CRM ABAP Developer to join our dedicated technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ABAP programs specifically within the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants to gather requirements and develop customized solutions that optimize our clients' CRM processes. Your expertise in ABAP and understanding of CRM functionalities will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements within the SAP CRM environment
  • Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to gather and analyze system requirements
  • Perform unit testing and debugging of developed objects to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, following best practices and contributing to team knowledge sharing
  • Optimize existing ABAP programs for improved efficiency and functionality
  • Create technical documentation for developed solutions and processes
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP CRM and ABAP technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an ABAP Developer with a focus on SAP CRM solutions
  • Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, and enhancements
  • Good understanding of SAP CRM functionalities and integration points
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • SAP CRM certification and experience with contemporary SAP technologies are a plus
