Job Description We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the vision and operations behind safe, high-quality home-based care. This vital leadership role will see you build better systems, empower passionate teams, and champion the voices of children and young people every step of the way. Your key responsibilities will include advising and supporting team members in case management frameworks, therapeutic models, and advocacy skills. You will also monitor and report service delivery targets, address Quality of Care concerns, prepare and submit funding applications, and administer program services in accordance with service plans and funding requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated a sound understanding of issues confronting disadvantaged children, young people, and their families. You will also have an understanding of the Child Protection system and its role in the service system, as well as leadership skills and the ability to facilitate a team approach to achieve service objectives. Additionally, you will hold a minimum qualification of a sector-recognised and accredited Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Welfare Work or equivalent, and a current Driver's Licence. Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated a sound understanding of issues confronting disadvantaged children, young people, and their families.
