  • Support recruitment efforts by helping to build and manage a strong care workforce
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients
  • Create and run engagement strategies to support and retain our workforce
  • Represent our organization at community and recruitment events to help attract new care workers
