Talent Acquisition Specialist Opportunity

This role involves coordinating recruitment and sourcing strategies, providing advice to hiring managers on best practices, and staying current with industry trends.

  • Support hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Write engaging job ads for relevant job boards
  • Offer expert advice to hiring managers on their recruitment needs
  • Remain up-to-date with recruitment and selection best practice through ongoing research and industry forums

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in coordinating recruitment processes
  • Experience recruiting for roles in an aged care environment or Not for Profit sector
  • Ability to leverage contemporary recruitment practices
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills
