Leadership Opportunity in Service Delivery

The successful appointee will lead a rebuild of organisational culture, driving excellence in customer and service delivery. A purposeful and strategic leadership approach is required, working collaboratively with Councillors, the community, staff and stakeholders to support the realisation of the community vision and priorities.

An unrelenting focus on customer excellence, service delivery and continuous improvement is essential to improve community satisfaction and confidence.

The incoming leader will bring a track record in leading a large and diverse service delivery-focused organisation with high levels of financial acumen and influential stakeholder and advocacy skills.

  • Broad understanding of public administration, governance and strategic planning principles
