Executive Assistant to Director Corporate Services

Job Description:

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Director Corporate Services.

The successful candidate will contribute to projects that drive quality care and organisational excellence across our region.

  • Providing confidential and professional administrative support with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establishing, reviewing, maintaining, and improving systems, practices, and procedures.
  • Undertaking minor research projects, including data compilation and high-level briefing document preparation.
  • Using computing software to produce high-quality documents and presentation materials.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills.
