Senior Workplace Physiotherapist
\As an experienced physiotherapist, you have the opportunity to apply your skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to help businesses improve their employees' health and wellbeing. Our workplace health programs are designed to be proactive and preventative, promoting a healthy work environment that benefits both workers and employers.
\In this role, you will work closely with our clients to design and implement tailored programs that meet their needs. You will develop and deliver high-quality, evidence-based manual therapy and clinical reasoning to ensure the best possible outcomes for workers and employers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and expertise through ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities.
\To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a passion for hands-on treatment. You must also have current registration as a physiotherapist in Australia and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with workers and employers. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
