The Opportunity

You will be working across multiple projects and clients, both autonomously and as a valued member of our team, collaborating with our global network.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on complex tax legislation, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, and financing, helping clients meet their corporate tax compliance obligations.
  • Deliver taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, preparation, and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
  • Assist in delivering the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
  • Supervise junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business experience.
  • Developing client-facing skills with the confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network.
  • An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients.
