Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at Australia Wide. As a key member of our Contracts Administration Team, you will play a critical role in the management and delivery of maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management: Assist in the management and delivery of maintenance contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients receive excellent service.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating contract management requirements.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Maintain an accredited list of subcontractors, gather information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the contract management team, and complete all contract information as required.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Contract Preparation: Create warranty contracts in accordance with company procedures, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in contract administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have excellent organizational skills.

Desirable Skills:

Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week in the office, with a 1⁄2 hour lunch break.
