Job Description

This role involves driving finance transformation outcomes, improving procurement and payment processes, as well as capital expenditure financial management.

The successful candidate will support change management activities during a major ERP system implementation. This includes leading workshops to map and redesign end-to-end processes to align with internal controls and system workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lead change management activities to support ERP system implementation
  • Map and redesign end-to-end procurement and payment processes to align with internal controls and system workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, lead workshops, and drive engagement
  • Support financial management of major capital expenditure projects
  • Develop clear, user-friendly training and communication materials for system and process changes
