Senior Contracts Administrator

Monadelphous is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our high-performing Divisional Contracts and Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sites, projects, and regions on fast-paced and high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate subcontracts, administration, variation, and claims, including upstream recovery and closeout.
  • Participate in the review and administration of variations and claims to client contracts and subcontracts.
  • Provide contract administration support for execution, including correspondence, contract notices, and claims assessment.
  • Identify and maximize cost and schedule saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of contracts experience, preferably in the resources sector.
  • Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of current contract law, relevant legislation, and its application to the mining and oil and gas industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a proactive team in a cooperative environment.
