Raytheon Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our Contracts and Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and leadership to a national program in Above Water Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement management plans, drafting and reviewing commercial correspondence in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial advice and develop solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, working with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements and risks are addressed.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements and participation in management reviews.
  • Provide interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy and regulations, company policy, and contract requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during all phases of contract performance.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and development of customer and supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in program operations and financial management, including Earned Value Management.
  • A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
  • Ability to draw on prior experience to investigate, analyse, and solve complex problems.
