Job Summary

This is a key leadership role within the organization, accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll systems implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
  • Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure successful integration across SuccessFactors, Payroll, Kronos, and related systems
  • Track UAT outcomes, manage data validation, and obtain business sign-off
  • Lead workshops, maintain documentation, and support post-go-live knowledge transfer
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal data security protocols
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in delivering payroll or HRIS programs with a strong track record of success
  • Hands-on familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, EC/ECP, Kronos, Time Management
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, system integrations, and compliance risk
  • Experience coordinating with SMEs, technical teams, and third-party providers
  • Proven ability in UAT and data validation support during payroll projects
  • Comfortable working in hybrid/agile delivery environments
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in regulated environments or FMCG (desirable)
