At NRMA Parks & Resorts, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency in the Housekeeping Department.
  • Provide daily coordination to housekeeping, task allocation, and team rosters.
  • Complete a range of tasks relating to park housekeeping, including:
    • Ensuring accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
    • Organising and supervising staff.
    • Planning daily room requirements, servicing, and pre-arrival checks.
    • Observing resort cleanliness and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Lead or experienced Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Passionate and team-oriented with a 'lead from the front' mentality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and reliability, as the role will be working across a 7-day rotating roster that includes weekends.
