What does it take to succeed as a Store Manager?

  • A dynamic leader who inspires and coaches a high-performing team

You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves driving sales growth, improving store presentation, reducing shrinkage and enhancing the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Area Manager to identify areas for growth and improvement. You will also develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.

Beyond sales and KPIs, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Your focus on employee development and well-being will contribute to the success of our business.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team
  • Strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
