**Role Overview:**

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead a team in promoting the personal development of young people who offend, contributing to community safety and rehabilitation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

A Bachelor of Social Work or Advanced Diploma in Community Services Work is essential. Additionally, a full driver's licence and current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card are mandatory.
