Young Person Rehabilitation and Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking an individual who can make a positive impact in the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, psychosocial programs, and team leadership.
This role requires strategic oversight of rehabilitation services, including performance management, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide practice guidance and support to operational staff, and contribute to creating change from the inside out.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a strong understanding of clinical operations and psychosocial programs;
- excellent leadership and team management skills;
- ability to build capability across your team;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
