Senior Clinician – Child and Adolescent Practice

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to join our dedicated team in child and adolescent practice.

As a Senior Clinician, you will manage a team to create positive change and help young people rebuild their lives in partnership with families and communities.

Using evidence-informed practice, you will guide them through life-changing shifts in mindset, behaviour and self-belief, empowering them to make positive choices, learn new skills to reduce harmful behaviours and stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within a forensic framework with young people who engage in serious offending behaviour and may present as a moderate to high risk of reoffending.
  • Use your skills and judgement to lead a team in providing therapeutic intervention to young people with complex needs and build respectful, supportive relationships.
  • Help develop a strong team culture where peer support and collaboration are central to success.
  • Take part in regular training and development, with one day each month dedicated to your learning.
