Strategic Human Resource Partner

This key role is responsible for serving as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations.

The ideal candidate will provide trusted advice to employees and management on HR-related matters, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, professional HR certification, and minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role. Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
