Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Credit Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Group Risk team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining commercial credit policies that align with our strategic objectives and evolving regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive lending and credit management experience, including policy-related functions, and strong risk management skills, particularly in policy risk. You will be responsible for reviewing policies, coordinating approved changes, and ensuring consistency across related processes and training.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to interpret legislation and legal guidance effectively
  • Sound knowledge of the commercial banking market, competitor products, and industry drivers
