Job Title: Strategic Policy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Policy Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in shaping and implementing our organization's strategic policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and recommendations
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry partners
  • Prepare and review policy documents, reports, and briefings for senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, governance, law)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy development, analysis, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
