Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Oakey Health Centre. As an integral part of our healthcare services, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will be responsible for assessing the level of care required for patients, setting priorities accordingly, and initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses under supervision. Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing patient needs and providing individualized care plans
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care
  • Initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses under supervision
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship for security clearance purposes
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary healthcare or military setting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to support safe, efficient and high-quality patient care
