Healthcare Support Professional

As a skilled and caring professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our healthcare team. Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing databases and information systems, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Provide clerical services, including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records
  • Maintain databases and information management systems
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working Thursday and Friday.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security Clearance purposes
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service-focused environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients
